Who we are
This website is operated by TraumaShield LTD., Nir Am 7915500, Israel (“TraumaShield”, “we”, “us”). TraumaShield is the controller (database owner) of the personal information described in this policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to david@traumashield.co.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us and limited technical information needed to operate the site:
- Inquiry form: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and message.
- Email: any information you include when you write to us directly.
- Technical data: standard server and delivery logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) processed by our hosting and font providers. We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not knowingly collect health information through this website. Please do not send medical information through the inquiry form.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up on investor, clinical, partnership, defense or media requests.
- To share company materials you request, including materials provided under a non-disclosure agreement.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process personal information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13), and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent when you submit an inquiry and on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications and operating the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and delivery (Netlify).
- Form handling: inquiry-form submissions are received by Netlify Forms and, if that service is unavailable, by FormSubmit, which forward them to our team by email.
- Web fonts (Google Fonts), which receive your IP address when fonts load.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers are located outside Israel, including in the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it longer by law.
Your rights
Providing information through the inquiry form is voluntary. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by writing to david@traumashield.co. If GDPR applies to you, you may also request data portability and complain to your local data-protection authority. In Israel, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
